This week almost everyone in my family got very sick. Everywhere I go, I also can hear someone coughing and sneezing. For those of us who are sick, how we wish that there could be some healing hands that can work immediately.
In the bible, Jesus said that "It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners". All of us have sinned and fall short of God's glory. Jesus have paid the price and can save us from the sin. And the healing in spirit works immediately once we acknowledge him and believe in our heart.
You are cordially invited to the following activities at CCCFW this weekend.
Friday (1/27): Fellowship starts at 7:00pm with songs led by Daniel and a game prepared by Ningning. The bible study discussion will be focused on the book of John and coordinated by Shu-hui and Cheu-jey.
Sunday (1/29): worship starts at 10:45a.m. Brother Frank Yang will deliver a message titled “The Beautiful Works of God" based on scriptures of John 5:17 and Psalm 139:14. Brother Guoping will lead the singspiration. The sermon will be in English, but Ross/Ingram will do the interpretation into Chinese. Sisters Guanglan will serve as the usher. Children can attend the programs at the First Assembly of God that tailored for different age groups. Adult Sunday School will start after lunch and this week's discussion will be led by Daohong, Cheu-jey and Yan Yu. After the Sunday School, we will have a pray meeting before leaving for home.
